Heading Operation Egg – From Teaching to Egg Producing
Together with our neighbours and donations of huts, feed, chicks and loan of land, Drive Hart turned their hands to chicken rearing during lockdown to supply NHS ICU staff at salisbury and our elders locally with eggs from a donated flock of chickens. A community effort put the flock together in days and Sarah seems to be enjoying her new role as Head Chick!….so far over 20 dozen eggs have been distributed to locals and the hospital.
