Sarah-Jane Hart is the Founder and Director of Drive Hart, where she leads Instructor IMPACT-ADI coaching and training and co-directs a team of Teaching Associates in the South West.
Sarah brings a wealth of 30 years of coaching and teaching experience, drawn from her career in sports management and time as an A-Graded ADI (ORDIT) learner and instructor trainer.

IMPACT-ADI Training with Drive Hart is fully tailored to your goals, with duration and intensity set by you. We combine professionalism, experience, and an enjoyable approach to guide you to success.
Training costs for in car sessions is charged at a fixed hourly rate of £60, payable 48 hrs in advance of training (with cancellation policy).
If you wish to become a Training Associate, with priority for scheduling in-car assessments and access to all our resources, webinars and podcasts, we charge a monthly subscription which covers your access to our Microsoft Teams and access to our online resources.
Currently monthly subscription is £80 per month and provides access to additional discounts for in-car sessions. The subscription is subject to an intial requirement to take 3 months subsciption in order to secure you full access to our resources from day one and access to Your ORDIT Trainer online for queries about training issues to be addressed by secure chat.
